Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Cartiee.com. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are processed for purchases made on [https://Cartiee.com].


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete

  • The return request is made within [7 or 14] days from the date of delivery

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

  • Personal care products once opened (due to hygiene reasons)


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@Cartiee.com with your order ID, item name, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible.

  3. We'll schedule a pickup or provide a return address.

  4. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund or replacement.


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

a. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Refunds for COD orders are processed via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Wallet.

  • Customers must provide UPI ID, bank details, or wallet number after return approval.

b. UPI / Wallets / Credit or Debit Cards / Net Banking

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.


5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
