You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags and invoice
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items without original packaging or invoice
Personal care products once opened (due to hygiene reasons)
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@Cartiee.com with your order ID, item name, and reason for return.
Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible.
We'll schedule a pickup or provide a return address.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds for COD orders are processed via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Wallet.
Customers must provide UPI ID, bank details, or wallet number after return approval.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
